Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Accountant cum Shop Incharge to join our team in Bahrain. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to manage accounting duties alongside overseeing daily shop operations. Candidates with a strong background in Tally software and the ability to start immediately are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will take charge of the shop’s daily management while handling all accounting tasks, including maintaining accurate financial records using Tally. Duties also involve overseeing inventory, managing sales transactions, and ensuring smooth operational flow.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Tally accounting software
• Experience in managing retail or shop operations is advantageous
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and long hours
• Immediate availability to join is preferred

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary of BHD 150 for a 12-hour workday. Additional benefits include a housing allowance of BHD 30, an allowance of BHD 20, and comprehensive health insurance. Work performed on public holidays will be compensated as overtime.
