Job Overview

Kingdom Deserts Co. is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on a rental basis for a short-term project at Qiddiya in Riyadh. This role offers an opportunity to be part of a prominent development with a project duration of approximately three months.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing cost control, preparing bills of quantities, and overseeing contract documentation to ensure accurate financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating closely with contractors and stakeholders to monitor progress and address any cost-related issues will be essential.

Required Skills and Experience

• A relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in quantity surveying within the construction or engineering sector.
• Strong ability to manage project costs effectively and deliver timely reports.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with project teams and suppliers.

Project Details

Location: Qiddiya, Riyadh
Duration: Approximately 3 months (short-term engagement)
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Working Days: 6 days per week

Compensation

Candidates are requested to provide their target monthly rate as a full package, including all applicable taxes and fees (F.A.T).
