Key Responsibilities

The Hospital Procurement Officer will manage end-to-end procurement processes, negotiate effectively with vendors, and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include sourcing medical consumables, coordinating with internal departments to fulfill inventory needs, and utilizing procurement software to monitor purchase orders and supplies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare logistics and procurement of medical supplies
• Strong negotiation skills within the medical sector to secure favorable terms
• Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP-MM, SAP Ariba, and Oracle
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel for data tracking and reporting
