Job Overview

Leading oil and gas companies in Saudi Arabia are seeking skilled Electrical Engineers with strong site-based experience in high voltage electrical systems. This role involves overseeing complex projects with an emphasis on project management, contractor coordination, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high voltage electrical installations and maintenance activities on-site.
• Lead large-scale project execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to guarantee safe and efficient work operations.
• Implement safety practices and collaborate with Safety Officers to maintain a secure working environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years’ professional experience in electrical engineering within the oil and gas sector.
• Proven background in managing large projects and handling contractor teams effectively.
• In-depth understanding of high voltage electrical systems on industrial sites.
• Competent in safety protocols and able to contribute to a safe working culture.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is an advantage but not mandatory.

Educational Background

A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering is preferred, ensuring a solid technical foundation relevant to this position.

Work Locations

Opportunities are available in prominent Saudi Arabian locations including Dhahran, Safaniya, Yanbu, and Shaybah.
