Job Overview

We are seeking qualified Facility Engineers with solid experience in managing and maintaining building facilities across the United Arab Emirates. Ideal candidates will bring proven expertise in facilities management with a strong technical background and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities

The Facility Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation and maintenance of building infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. This includes coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

For candidates applying as MEP Supervisors, key duties will also involve supervising mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to guarantee seamless operation and timely resolution of issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management for Facility Engineer roles
• At least 4 years of facilities management experience with emphasis on MEP systems for MEP Supervisor positions
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Relevant engineering or technical qualifications
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
