Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead various HR functions, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning. You will oversee employee relations and implement performance management programs. Managing compensation and benefits, ensuring HR compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals will be essential parts of your role.

Required Skills and Experience

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferred certification: CIPD or SHRM.
• Proven HR leadership experience within the GCC retail industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE Labour Law and compliance requirements.
• Strong expertise in talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Experience handling compensation & benefits and performance management systems.
• Excellent leadership abilities with effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
