Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Planning and Reporting Engineer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering project planning, proven expertise in schedule development, and a keen eye for detail to ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves preparing and maintaining baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project, closely monitoring project progress, and identifying potential delays or critical path concerns. You will generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports along with informative dashboard presentations for management and client review. Analyzing progress variances, S-curves, and resource loading curves is essential to support project performance tracking. Coordination with site teams, sub-contractors, and consultants to obtain precise field data is a critical part of the job, as well as assisting with Extension of Time (EOT) claims and detailed delay analyses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 to 5 years of practical experience as a Planning and Reporting Engineer in construction or engineering environments.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, advanced Microsoft Excel, and MS Project.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and technical reporting abilities.
• Transferable Iqama or valid work permit is mandatory for local candidates.

Preferred Experience

Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia, especially those with experience on Aramco projects and holding transferable Iqama status. This position is an immediate requirement and seeks professionals ready to contribute effectively to ongoing engineering projects.
