Job Overview

A S Travel & Tourism, a well-established business services and travel company located in Riyadh, is seeking a dynamic and confident Indoor Sales and Social Media Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in our Riyadh office, ideal for candidates who are comfortable engaging with customers both over the phone and through social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging short promotional videos to boost our social media presence. Handling incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries with professionalism and clarity is essential. You will explain the company’s range of services including investment licensing, company formation, visa processing, travel, tourism, and business support to potential clients effectively. Following up on leads and converting them into sales is a crucial part of this role. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress is also required. Representing the company professionally in all communications and video content is a key duty.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Current residency in Riyadh is mandatory.
• Fluency in Hindi or Urdu is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• Additional language skills in Arabic or Bengali will be advantageous.
• Must be confident speaking on camera and comfortable creating video content.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and provide excellent customer service.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, social media management, or video presentations is preferred.
• Ability to work full-time from the office location.

Work Environment and Benefits

This role is office-based in Al Muruj, Riyadh, offering the opportunity to engage directly with a diverse customer base. Salary and commission packages will be discussed during the interview based on experience and performance.
