We are looking for a dedicated Showroom Sales Advisor specializing in hardware and sanitary products to join our team in Bahrain. This role involves assisting customers with selecting electrical items, lighting solutions, and chandeliers tailored to their needs, while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through product options, providing detailed information on specifications and pricing, and offering tailored recommendations to meet their requirements. Maintaining the showroom’s appearance and product displays in an organized and attractive manner will be essential. Additionally, the advisor will handle billing processes, follow up on customer inquiries, and support basic after-sales services to uphold high customer satisfaction levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in indoor or showroom sales, ideally involving electrical, lighting, or chandelier products.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Basic understanding of electrical and lighting products to offer knowledgeable guidance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, with good organizational skills.

Work Environment
