Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Assist with setting up tables and stocking supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Presentable appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Willingness to comply with workplace policies and health standards.
