Key Responsibilities

The role requires expertise in preparing a wide variety of traditional Pakistani dishes. Responsibilities include crafting specialties such as Biryani, Karahi, BBQ, Handi, Nihari, Pulao, Haleem, Daal, Tandoori items, fresh breads, and other classic curries with authenticity and care.
