Key Responsibilities

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that enhance brand visibility and generate sales revenue. Core duties include planning, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns on TikTok and Instagram, managing advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on ad spend, and analyzing campaign performance to extract actionable insights.

Collaboration with content creators and marketing teams to develop engaging campaigns aimed at improving audience interaction and conversion rates is essential. Additionally, staying updated on the latest social media trends and advertising best practices will help maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in managing TikTok and Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of paid social media advertising, including audience targeting and campaign optimization strategies.
• Experience driving sales for e-commerce or fashion brands is highly desirable.
• Ability to critically evaluate campaign performance data and implement improvements.
• Self-driven, creative, and focused on achieving marketing goals.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
