Job Overview

Desert Leisure is seeking a seasoned MEP Manager to join our expanding team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for candidates with extensive expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works, particularly related to landscape and aquatic environments such as swimming pools, lagoons, water features, irrigation systems, and landscape lighting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP systems in landscape and swimming pool projects.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and client specifications on all MEP works.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to resolve technical issues and maintain high standards of project management.
• Supervise installation and commissioning of water bodies, irrigation networks, and lighting systems within landscape projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in MEP management, with a strong focus on landscape and swimming pool sectors.
• Deep knowledge of water bodies, swimming pool engineering, lagoons, water features, and related MEP systems.
• Proven leadership and project management skills with ability to handle complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
