Job Overview

We are currently seeking three experienced Camp Boss professionals to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This is a critical role to support our upcoming construction projects and ensure smooth management of employee accommodations. Successful candidates will be directly employed by our company and play a key role in overseeing camp operations and welfare.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily labor camp operations including accommodation, housekeeping, and maintenance services
• Ensure the welfare and well-being of all employees residing in the camp
• Coordinate effectively with site management to maintain camp standards and address issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records related to camp administration and employee welfare activities
• Oversee safety and hygiene standards within the camp to comply with company policies and UAE regulations

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Camp Boss within the UAE construction industry
• Strong understanding of labor camp management and operational procedures
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with diverse teams
• Proficient in managing accommodation logistics and employee welfare programs
• Ability to handle maintenance and housekeeping supervision efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

Having prior direct employment experience within UAE is advantageous and candidates available to join promptly will be given preference.
