We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer with a strong background in the Oil & Gas sector to join an Aramco transportation company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will take charge of managing site operations, supervising personnel, and ensuring work complies with technical drawings and safety regulations. Your role will contribute directly to delivering projects efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily site activities independently, ensuring smooth progress of construction work.
• Supervise and guide site manpower to maintain productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure all construction work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety guidelines.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly through effective problem-solving techniques.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to facilitate project completion within timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in site engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Strong ability to supervise site work and manage a diverse workforce.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to work independently.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities to work with various teams.
• Valid driving license to commute and access different site locations.
