We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to join our electrical goods shop in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving daily sales, maintaining customer relations, and supporting operational tasks such as billing and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will include managing sales transactions, handling bookkeeping, assisting customers with their inquiries, processing billing accurately, and organizing materials within the store. You will be instrumental in helping the business achieve monthly sales targets while fostering strong customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Fluency in both Arabic and Hindi, essential for effective communication with our diverse customer base.
• Experience in electrical goods sales or any front desk sales role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using ERP software is mandatory for managing sales and inventory processes.
• Strong customer service skills combined with a positive attitude towards colleagues and customers.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to maintaining professionalism at all times.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary ranges from 2,500 to 3,000 SAR per month, depending on experience. This package includes accommodation and insurance for the first six months. Performance-based salary increments will be offered to reward dedication and achievement.
