SAPT Markets is seeking a dedicated Inventory Receiving Officer to join their team in Buraidah, Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and efficient stock management by verifying and recording incoming goods within a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must be proficient in English and Arabic and ready to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

The Inventory Receiving Officer will be responsible for verifying all shipments received to maintain inventory accuracy and quality standards. This includes carefully inspecting goods such as groceries, vegetables, meat, and bakery items against purchase orders and delivery documents. Immediate recording of all received items into the Odoo ERP system is essential alongside performing routine quality inspections for expiration dates and product condition. The role requires maintaining detailed Goods Received Notes (GRNs), matching supplier invoices with deliveries, and updating inventory records using Excel. Collaboration with warehouse and store teams to organize and store products correctly also forms part of the daily responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in roles such as Receiving Clerk, Inventory Controller, Storekeeper, or similar warehouse positions.
• Fluent communication skills in both English and Arabic to ensure clear reporting and coordination.
• Proficiency in Odoo ERP system for accurate and timely data entry.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry and formula usage.
• Strong attention to detail and honesty with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Physically able to manage duties in a fast-moving supermarket warehouse setting.
• Candidates should currently be residing in Saudi Arabia or be willing to relocate to Buraidah.

Benefits

The position offers a monthly salary between SAR 1,800 and SAR 2,500 along with provided accommodation and transportation, supporting employee well-being and convenience.
