A well-established company in Bahrain is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator/Executive to join their team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while managing sales operations efficiently to support the company’s growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator/Executive will serve as a vital link between the company and its customers. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of products while optimizing shipping costs and methods to meet or exceed customer expectations.

You will handle both inbound and outbound communications involving shipment tracking, billing, order status, product availability, and pricing verification. Improving the accuracy of order entry and documentation is also a core part of the role, reducing errors and streamlining processes.

This position requires managing sales orders, scheduling, and maintaining an updated master backlog. Coordination with multiple departments such as manufacturing and finance is essential to expedite orders, resolve billing discrepancies, and generate sales reports. Additionally, preparing purchase orders and necessary documentation for order review and tracking will be part of daily duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of international sales experience
