Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled General Services Executive with proven expertise in managing government-related services and documentation within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling various government portals and supporting company compliance procedures efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves overseeing multiple government portals including Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, Mudad, Balady, ZATCA, and Muqeem Cargo. You will be responsible for processing all employee visa matters such as issuance, renewals, transfers, exit/re-entry permits, and final exits. Coordination with government authorities and service providers to ensure all company licenses, registrations, and documentation remain valid is essential. Timely renewal of CRs, municipality licenses, and chamber memberships also falls within your duties. Additionally, you will maintain meticulous records of company files and support HR with compliance and employee documentation needs, while liaising with clients, suppliers, and government offices to facilitate smooth business operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The position requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in General Services or PRO/GRO roles based in Saudi Arabia. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of the country’s government portals and regulatory environment. Experience handling company licenses and employee visa documentation is critical. Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic are necessary, along with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
