Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and professional personal driver to provide dedicated transportation services directly for the CEO. This full-time, permanent position requires a responsible individual who prioritizes safety and punctuality while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves safely transporting the employer’s relatives, visitors, business partners, and associates to various authorized locations. Maintaining the vehicle’s cleanliness and ensuring it always smells fresh is important. The driver must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations issued by the Road Authority and police. Conducting regular inspections to keep the car in optimal working order is essential, including identifying minor mechanical or electrical problems and performing basic repairs when needed.

Planning routes effectively by monitoring traffic and weather updates to choose the best travel time and path is part of daily duties. Accurate record-keeping includes managing receipts for vehicle maintenance and repairs, as well as maintaining a detailed travel log with locations, durations, and working hours. Additional tasks may include modest office duties such as organizing files and keeping the employer’s workspace tidy, along with any other assignments given by the employer.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of professional driving experience.
• Valid Bahrain driving license is mandatory.
• Strong awareness and adherence to safety protocols on the road.
• Good knowledge of Bahrain’s road network.
• Excellent communication skills to interact respectfully with the employer and associates.
• Flexible work attitude, with willingness to operate outside regular working hours if necessary.
