Job Overview

10Pearls, based in Karachi, is seeking a skilled Lead/Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with at least five years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing advanced IT infrastructure. This role demands expertise in both traditional and cloud-based environments, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to support and optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of IT infrastructure solutions that align with company objectives. This includes designing and deploying server environments, managing network routing and security, administering cloud services, and automating system processes to improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Proficient with Windows Server 2012, Active Directory, and Hyper-V administration.
• Experience managing Linux servers, Apache web server, CPanel, and SSL certificates.
• Strong knowledge of MikroTik routing and switching.
• Office365 administration skills for managing cloud-based productivity tools.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure virtual machines and identity management.
• Familiarity with GitLab, JIRA, Jenkins, reverse proxy configurations, MySQL databases, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience working with macOS environments.
• Competence in any programming language to support automation and integration workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
