Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled female barista with experience in crafting a variety of coffee blends to join our team. This role also involves handling cashier duties, providing excellent customer service, and supporting daily café operations. Candidates with experience in sweets and desserts will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of coffee and specialty blends with consistency and quality.
• Operate the cash register, handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Assist with basic dessert preparation when necessary.
• Deliver friendly and positive customer interactions to enhance the café experience.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Prior experience as a barista, particularly with coffee blends.
• Basic knowledge of sweets and desserts is a plus.

Work Conditions and Benefits

The monthly salary ranges from 200 to 230, excluding accommodation. The position includes food and transport benefits. Candidates must reside near the Adliya area in Bahrain due to the nature of the job location.
