Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Barista to join our team full-time at District 1 Mall, Al Janabiyah, Bahrain. This opportunity offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from BHD 180 to 200, depending on your experience and expertise. Please note the salary is all-inclusive, with no additional accommodation or transportation benefits. The role includes one day off per week.

Key Responsibilities

As a Barista, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional coffee experiences. Your duties will include preparing and serving high-quality coffee, matcha, and specialty beverages using espresso machines, grinders, and various café equipment. Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere is essential. You will be responsible for accurately taking orders, offering menu recommendations when appropriate, and ensuring the coffee station and work area remain clean and organized. Adhering to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times is critical. Additionally, you will monitor stock levels, report shortages, assist with opening and closing routines, and maintain professionalism during busy periods, representing our brand positively.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate must have prior experience as a Barista with proficiency in operating espresso machines and preparing specialty coffee drinks. Effective communication skills in English are necessary to interact with customers and the team smoothly. We are looking for a friendly, energetic individual who is customer-oriented, reliable, and punctual. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining hygiene standards and teamwork, is essential. Candidates must currently reside in Bahrain and be available for immediate or short-notice employment.
