The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing sales related to excavators, dumper trucks, scaffolding, jacks, and other heavy machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive rental business growth. This role includes managing client relationships, negotiating rental agreements, and overseeing the supply of heavy equipment and related accessories. The successful candidate will also coordinate with the operation teams to ensure smooth delivery and service of rented equipment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience managing sales in heavy equipment rentals, including excavators and dumper trucks
• Knowledge of scaffolding installation and jack supply is a significant advantage
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Results-driven approach with excellent organizational skills
• Only candidates with relevant heavy equipment rental experience will be considered
• Must currently reside in Bahrain
