Zuljinah Consultancy is seeking a skilled and committed Document Clearance Specialist to join our expanding team in Bahrain. This role is ideal for candidates with proven experience in handling government-related document clearance and legal procedures within the region.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage a range of government services including document clearance, company formation, and licensing tasks. Responsibilities include handling Commercial Registration (CR) applications, renewals, amendments, visa processing, and any related government procedures to ensure compliance and timely processing.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in document clearance and familiarity with Bahrain’s government services
• Thorough knowledge of MOIC (Sijilat), LMRA, NPRA, Municipality services, eKey, and other essential government portals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and navigating online government systems
• Strong communication abilities and excellent customer service skills
• Capable of working independently while efficiently managing multiple tasks
