Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Filipino Barista to join a coffee shop team based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This position is open to local candidates residing within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a valid or transferable Iqama.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must demonstrate experience in coffee preparation and exhibit seriousness in their work approach.

Work Schedule and Benefits

This role requires a commitment of 9 working hours per day, with one day off per week. Overtime pay is provided for any additional hours worked beyond the standard shift. Benefits include free accommodation, free transportation, medical insurance, and 21 days of annual vacation. The position offers direct company sponsorship with immediate transfer options.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality with prior barista experience
• Valid Iqama with transferable status or expired Iqama within 5 months
• Applicants with 1st or 2nd transfer status are eligible; 3rd transfers are not accepted
• Must be available within Saudi Arabia
