Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Operations Executive to join Zanaya Shipping Services LLC, based in Sajja, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end export shipment process, ensuring smooth logistics operations and timely delivery. This position requires strong coordination skills and a solid understanding of shipping procedures.

Key Responsibilities

The Export Operations Executive will handle various duties including arranging container bookings with shipping lines and agents, obtaining and comparing freight quotes, and preparing essential export documents such as Shipping Instructions (SI), Bill of Lading (BL), and Export Declarations (ED). You will work closely with clients, carriers, and customs officials to facilitate seamless shipment processes. Monitoring shipment status and maintaining accurate records and operational reports are also vital parts of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics, with a strong grasp of export/import regulations and Incoterms. Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software is important for this position. Excellent communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple shipments while meeting strict deadlines are essential.
