We are currently looking for a skilled and adaptable Facilities Supervisor to join a prominent property management company in Bahrain. This role demands hands-on leadership in managing a diverse range of building services dedicated to VVIP clients, handling both short-term and long-term tenancy needs. The perfect candidate will have a strong track record in coordinating multidisciplinary teams while upholding exceptional standards in maintenance, housekeeping, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

The Facilities Supervisor will oversee multiple vital roles within the building services department, including but not limited to:

• Supervising laundry operations and staff
• Leading maintenance tasks and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues
• Specializing in HVAC system troubleshooting and repair
• Managing mechanical and plumbing equipment such as water pumps
• Overseeing housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and order
• Handling administrative duties related to documentation and coordination
• Supporting laundry and cleaning teams to maintain hygiene standards throughout the property

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising teams across multiple disciplines within facilities and property management
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, HVAC, plumbing, and housekeeping operations
• Ability to manage administrative responsibilities including staff coordination and record keeping
• Professional attitude with a commitment to delivering services that meet the expectations of VVIP clients
• Immediate availability is preferred for this position

Position Details

This full-time role is based in Bahrain, offering a competitive salary ranging between BD 80 and BD 180 per month, commensurate with experience and skill level.
