Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Telecom Implementation Manager with expertise in BSS (Business Support Systems) to join our team in Riyadh. This role demands a professional with a solid background in telecommunications network deployment, project oversight, and client interaction. The successful candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and with high quality standards. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience working with Huawei technologies.

Key Responsibilities

The Implementation Manager will lead the end-to-end deployment of telecom solutions, collaborating closely with internal teams and clients. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating resources, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in telecom implementation, preferably within the BSS domain.
• Strong project management capabilities with proven success in delivering complex telecom projects.
• Familiarity with Huawei telecom systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.

Work Environment

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the telecommunications manufacturing sector. The role involves close coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and requires adaptability to dynamic project demands.
