Job Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable Road and Infrastructure consultancy based in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with over 10 years of GCC experience in Roads and Infrastructure projects, particularly with the RTA (Roads and Transport Authority).

The position is open for both Pre-Contract (Head Office) and Post-Contract (Site Based) roles, providing flexibility depending on your expertise and preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quantity surveying activities for road and infrastructure projects in accordance with RTA standards.
• Prepare and evaluate tender documents, bills of quantities, cost estimates, and contractual documentation.
• Oversee post-contract financial control including measurement, valuation, and interim payments on site.
• Coordinate with project teams to monitor project costs, variations, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and manage dispute resolution processes where necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Quantity Surveying or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant GCC experience, specifically in RTA roads and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and standards applied in the UAE.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to handle both pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying duties.

Salary and Location

The role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, offering a competitive salary package of up to AED 20,000 per month, subject to experience and qualifications.
