Genesis Chemical Tank Containers LLC is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to oversee NVOCC operations at our Dubai location. This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in export/import logistics, container management, and shipment coordination within a fast-moving environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operational flow and providing exceptional service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Coordinator will manage daily Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) activities by coordinating effectively with all stakeholders. You will:

• Handle day-to-day NVOCC operations including shipment scheduling and documentation management.
• Communicate and coordinate with shipping lines, transporters, depots, customers, and international agents to facilitate seamless cargo movement.
• Ensure all shipment milestones are tracked and achieved within required timeframes.
• Resolve operational challenges proactively while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation complying with export/import regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must have:

• At least 2 years of proven experience specifically in NVOCC operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of shipping documentation, container handling processes, and international freight coordination.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to organize efficiently under pressure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools to support daily reporting and correspondence.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment while prioritizing operational accuracy and customer care.
