Key Responsibilities

As a Homeroom Teacher, you will act as the central point of communication between students, parents, and school administration. Your role will include:

• Establishing a welcoming and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes student engagement.
• Designing and delivering lesson plans that align with the established curriculum.
• Tracking student academic progress and providing timely feedback to both parents and school leadership.
• Supporting students’ holistic development, addressing their academic, social, and emotional needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a closely related field is required.
• Teaching certification is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Previous experience in teaching or classroom management is favored.
• Strong communication abilities and the capacity to manage the classroom effectively.
• Adept at building positive and cooperative relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
