We are looking for a skilled HR Manager to join our team based in Dubai, Al Quoz 3. This role is ideal for a professional with a solid background in human resource management, who can help lead and develop HR strategies aligned with the company goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and comprehensive knowledge of UAE labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Manager will oversee a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and daily HR operations. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local labour regulations and implementing best HR practices to foster a productive and harmonious workplace environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in a human resources role.
• In-depth understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven skills in managing recruitment and employee relations.
