Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT and Social Media Specialist to join our team in Jeddah. This unique role blends IT technical support with dynamic digital marketing responsibilities to ensure both the smooth operation of our IT systems and a strong online brand presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possesses a flair for creative digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support and Infrastructure Management:

• Provide first-line technical assistance for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues affecting staff.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and related applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems promptly to reduce downtime, including management of company hosting domains.
• Continuously monitor IT infrastructure health, ensuring data security, backups, and system reliability.
• Manage IT resources including inventory, software licenses, and user accounts.
• Assist in deploying new technologies and support IT projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Social Media and Digital Marketing:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Lead and coordinate an offshore team to produce compelling multimedia content including graphics, videos, reels, and blogs aligned with the company’s brand identity.
• Oversee social media community management by monitoring engagement, responding to interactions, and fostering positive communication.
• Analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign success and generate actionable reports.
• Stay informed on digital marketing trends and integrate best practices into ongoing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between IT operations and marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support and managing technical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to manage multimedia content creation and guide creative teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
