Role Overview
The IT & Social Media Specialist is a dual-role position that combines technical IT support with creative digital marketing. This individual will manage the organization’s IT infrastructure while also developing and executing social media strategies to strengthen brand presence, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate is both technically savvy and creatively driven.

Key Responsibilities
IT Support & Systems Management
• Provide first-line technical support for staff (hardware, software, networks, connectivity).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and applications.
• Troubleshoot system and network issues to minimize downtime and manage companies hosting domains etc
• Monitor IT infrastructure performance and ensure data security and backups.
• Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and user accounts.
• Support implementation of new technologies and IT projects.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Develop, manage, and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.).
• Guide an off shore team ti Create engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, reels, blogs, etc.) aligned with brand voice.
• Guide team to Monitor online engagement, respond to messages/comments, and foster community interaction.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports with recommendations.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and apply best practices to campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align IT and digital marketing with organizational goal.
