Sanddance Tyre Trading LLC SOC is looking for a seasoned Chief Mechanic to lead and manage our workshop operations in the United Arab Emirates. This role demands a hands-on leader with strong mechanical expertise and a dedication to delivering exceptional service quality and vehicle safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to the workshop team, ensuring smooth and effective daily operations.
• Conduct and supervise vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and routine preventive maintenance.
• Assign and monitor repair tasks, ensuring work is performed with high quality and within set timelines.
• Troubleshoot intricate mechanical and electrical system issues to improve vehicle performance.
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Manage workshop resources including inventory, tools, spare parts, and maintenance documentation.
• Train, mentor, and assess mechanics to foster skill development and optimize team productivity.
• Collaborate with management to enhance workshop efficiency and boost customer satisfaction levels.
