CPECC is seeking a skilled HR Recruiter with a strong background in recruitment for the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience handling ADNOC projects and a solid grasp of the UAE recruitment market and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will spearhead recruitment efforts, particularly for technical roles such as QA/QC Engineers, on ADNOC projects. Effective communication and stakeholder management will be essential for building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5 to 12 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on Oil & Gas sectors.
• Proven track record recruiting for ADNOC projects is mandatory.
• Experience sourcing and hiring technical personnel, especially QA/QC Engineers, will be prioritized.
• Deep understanding of the UAE labor market and labor legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders.
• Male candidates are preferred for this role.
