Arabian Construction Company (ACC) is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant to join their Head Office team in the United Arab Emirates. This role offers the opportunity to work with a prominent player in the construction sector, supporting financial operations and ensuring efficient invoice and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities

The AP Accountant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process. Key duties include:

• Processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Performing vendor reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
• Coordinating payment schedules and ensuring payments are made on time
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records related to accounts payable

Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must have:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in accounts payable and invoice processing
• A strong understanding of vendor management and payment workflows
• Familiarity with maintaining accurate financial documentation
• Previous experience working within the construction industry will be considered a strong advantage
