Job Overview

Shining Contracting is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with hands-on experience in modular cabins and prefabricated building construction. This role requires a professional capable of overseeing site execution, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise modular cabin projects from the initial phase through to completion at the site.
• Collaborate effectively with design, production, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, health and safety regulations, and project timelines.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities to facilitate project approvals and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of direct experience working with modular cabins or prefabricated construction projects.
• Strong familiarity with site execution, installation processes, and overall project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage labor teams, subcontractors, and material logistics efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, as well as project documentation practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite, and project management software tools.
