Key Responsibilities

The role involves a blend of customer service and operational coordination, including:

  • Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional assistance.
  • Managing weekly and monthly meal subscription plans efficiently.
  • Handling customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, and in-person communication.
  • Processing payments and reconciling daily cash and sales records accurately.
  • Preparing and updating customer meal schedules and subscription details.
  • Printing and communicating daily meal production lists to the kitchen staff.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure meals match individual customer plans.
  • Verifying that all orders are correctly packaged, labeled, and ready for delivery.
  • Liaising with delivery drivers to guarantee timely order distribution.
  • Monitoring customer preferences, allergies, and special instructions carefully.
  • Maintaining detailed customer information using Excel, online forms, and internal software systems.
  • Providing basic guidance on healthy meal options and subscription packages.
  • Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and following up to ensure satisfaction.
