We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our dining establishment in Bahrain. This role requires a professional who can ensure exceptional customer service, maintain high team performance, and oversee smooth restaurant functioning.

Key Responsibilities

The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing the restaurant floor to deliver excellent service quality. Duties include overseeing day-to-day operations, motivating and training staff, and maintaining staff schedules and attendance records. You will also handle guest feedback and resolve any complaints with professionalism.

The role involves close coordination with kitchen staff to guarantee timely food delivery and consistent quality. Ensuring adherence to hygiene, food safety regulations, and internal company standards is essential. You will also monitor inventory levels, uphold cleanliness standards, and prepare daily reports to support management in reaching their objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a Restaurant Supervisor role or similar capacity. Strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities are vital to succeed. You should be proficient in managing fast-paced restaurant environments and possess comprehensive knowledge of operational procedures and food safety standards.
