Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled Material Engineer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This role involves overseeing quality control processes related to construction materials, ensuring their compliance with project standards and specifications. The ideal candidate will provide expert guidance on material suitability, conduct site investigations, and manage material submittals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control evaluations by testing, modifying, and assessing materials intended for construction use.
• Offer technical advice to determine the appropriateness of materials based on project requirements.
• Carry out preliminary site investigations to gather data and prepare detailed study reports.
• Develop and submit comprehensive material submittal schedules for all project materials following client requirements and project timelines.

Preferred Experience

Experience working on roads and infrastructure projects is highly preferred, as it provides relevant exposure to the types of materials and standards commonly encountered in such environments.
