Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant with expertise in inventory management to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, although fresh graduates with suitable qualifications are also welcome to apply. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily operational tasks and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

The Operations Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the smooth functioning of daily operations and ensuring efficient management of inventory processes. Key duties include:

• Supporting daily operations and administrative functions.
• Maintaining accurate operational records and preparing reports.
• Monitoring stock levels, processing stock movements, and updating inventory systems.
• Handling goods receiving, dispatch activities, stock audits, and reconciliation tasks.
• Coordinating closely with procurement and warehouse teams to streamline operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or inventory management; fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of ERP or inventory management software.
• Good command of English with effective communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
