We are urgently seeking reliable and dedicated Flower Delivery Drivers to join our team in the UAE. Key Responsibilities

As a Flower Delivery Driver, your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely and safe delivery of flower arrangements, gifts, and related products following designated routes. You’ll be expected to maintain high standards of care when handling items, adhere strictly to the company delivery protocols, and provide excellent customer service throughout each delivery. Proper upkeep and cleanliness of the company vehicle is also part of your duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Valid UAE manual driving license mandatory
• Male candidates preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, covering 28 working days per month
• Experience handling delicate products with care
• Strong time management and customer service skills

Employment Details

This position requires a full-time commitment with a structured work schedule. The company provides a chiller van for deliveries and covers visa processing for selected candidates. Candidates of any nationality can apply, although Pakistani applicants must hold a valid UAE ID.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer two salary models to suit different employment preferences:

• Performance-Based Package: AED 5,500 monthly salary, plus a AED 250 attendance bonus for completing all 28 workdays. Drivers who exceed a target of 420 orders each month can earn AED 4 for every extra order delivered.
• Fixed Salary Package: AED 3,000 fixed monthly salary with full coverage of fuel expenses by the company and a AED 250 attendance bonus upon full attendance.
