Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Internal Medicine Doctor to join our healthcare team in Riyadh. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing a broad spectrum of adult medical conditions while delivering comprehensive and personalized patient care. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to uphold high clinical standards and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and managing both acute and chronic medical issues in adult patients.
• Conducting thorough patient evaluations, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
• Ordering, interpreting, and analyzing laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and other clinical investigations.
• Crafting customized treatment plans and prescribing effective medications.
• Monitoring patient progress and revising treatments based on clinical response.
• Providing preventive care, health education, and lifestyle advice to support long-term wellness.
• Managing complex cases involving multiple coexisting medical conditions.
• Coordinating care and communicating with specialists and other healthcare providers.
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation as per hospital protocols.
• Participating in clinical audits, quality improvement projects, and continuous professional development activities.
• Complying with the regulatory requirements set by the Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH), CBAHI, and hospital policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Medical degree (MD) or equivalent qualification.
• Board certification or specialization in Internal Medicine.
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Possession of a valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Clinical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in Internal Medicine is desirable.
• Strong diagnostic acumen and clinical decision-making capability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working in a team-oriented clinical environment.
