Job Overview

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to become part of our healthcare team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will provide excellent nursing care, assist physicians, and prioritize patient safety while adhering to high clinical standards. Key Responsibilities

The nurse will manage comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans. Monitoring vital signs and patient conditions will be essential. Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications, assisting during medical examinations and procedures, and maintaining meticulous documentation. The nurse will also educate patients and their families on treatment and health maintenance, enforce infection control measures, and respond swiftly to medical emergencies. Collaboration with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to hospital and regulatory standards is crucial.

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and possess a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Nursing License from the Philippines. Registration with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) or eligibility to obtain it is required. A minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience is preferred. Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) are mandatory, while Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is advantageous. Strong clinical expertise, effective communication, and the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team are essential. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

The role requires adherence to strict clinical protocols, including infection prevention and control, consistent with Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) and CBAHI regulations. The nurse will work in a supportive environment that fosters patient-centered care and professional ethical standards.
