We are seeking a skilled Procurement Coordinator with extensive experience working in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the procurement cycle, from raising purchase requests through to delivery, while ensuring efficient vendor coordination and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities including:

• Managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely processing and delivery of orders
• Collaborating closely with suppliers and coordinating with relevant internal teams to meet organizational needs
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier evaluations
• Monitoring supplier performance to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of five years’ procurement experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia market
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market dynamics
• Proficiency in handling purchase orders, vendor management, and negotiation processes
• Experience with procurement systems and relevant documentation practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with a background in construction, industrial, or corporate sectors will be preferred. Immediate availability for joining will be advantageous.
