Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operation Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role demands hands-on experience in logistics operations, international shipping, and supply chain coordination to ensure smooth delivery processes and effective collaboration across operations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for closely monitoring the performance of logistics service providers, ensuring shipments are tracked accurately, and delivery statuses are maintained up-to-date. Additionally, the role involves processing invoices within the ERP system, coordinating material movements, and planning deliveries in partnership with warehouse teams. Supporting the selection of appropriate Incoterms is also a crucial part of the position to guarantee safe and timely shipping.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
• Between 3 to 6 years of solid experience in logistics operations
• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping procedures
• Proven ability to coordinate with logistics service providers and warehouse personnel
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems for operational and invoice processing tasks
