Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team based in Dubai. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment efforts, helping to identify and attract top talent within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring coordination, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and professional networks.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate screening to final placement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate effectively with candidates throughout the process, and facilitate timely feedback and follow-ups.
• Handle multiple job vacancies simultaneously within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of recruitment quality.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on healthcare roles.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates proactively using job portals, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
• Proven experience in screening candidates and managing recruitment workflows end-to-end.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
