The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and possess 5 to 8 years of relevant experience within the GCC region, focusing on interior finishing works such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting. This role requires a professional capable of interpreting construction drawings and overseeing the execution of fit-out activities to meet project standards and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising site operations related to interior fit-out tasks, coordinating closely with workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress. Monitoring work quality and adherence to project specifications will be critical, alongside managing timelines to guarantee projects are delivered punctually. Additionally, the role includes liaising with various teams to support effective project management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of experience in interior fit-out works within the GCC
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Strong project management and site supervision abilities
• Good understanding of partitions, ceilings, flooring, and painting processes
