We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive or HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates. This role demands a well-rounded HR professional with extensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and a background in a fast-paced or startup environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing core HR functions while supporting the company’s growth and employee engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior HR Executive will handle a variety of HR tasks, including recruitment and onboarding of new employees, maintaining positive employee relations, managing payroll and HR administration processes, and overseeing visa processing. Additionally, this role will involve implementing performance management systems and driving employee engagement initiatives, all while ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 to 5 years specifically in the UAE market.
• Comprehensive understanding of UAE Labor Law and its application.
• Proven ability to adapt and thrive in startup or fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to foster healthy employee relations.
